A native of Montville NJ, Dr. Robert Lincoln is a former contractor/builder and ski coach. He and his wife Andrea, a Speech/Language Pathologist in the Hillsdale School System, have one son, Robert III, a young athlete who enjoys ski racing for the Mount Peter Race Team, baseball, and soccer.
After receiving his Pre-Chiro/Bachelor of Science with High Honors from Bloomfield College, Robert received his Doctorate with High Honors from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2002, and has been practicing in Park Ridge since 2003. He often lectures to other Chiropractors and students on philosophy and advanced methods of spinal analysis.
He currently coaches for the Mount Peter Ski Racing Team, volunteers as an assistant youth baseball coach, and serves as President on the Park Ridge Board of Health.
Prior to his Chiropractic career, Robert never knew much about healthcare, and never had any serious health problems or injuries. He sought a career in Chiropractic after learning that there is SO much more to the spine than just back and neck pain. The brain and spinal cord is the "I.O.S." (internal operating system) for the entire human body... the fact that hundreds of trillions of tissue cells throughout the body are monitored and controlled at such a mind-boggling level is something that most people are never taught. That was enough to motivate him to explore this fascinating field of study of the human spine and nervous system, and develop gentle, efficient, and elegant adjusting techniques to help the body "right itself" and express fuller levels of health and vitality. It's not a harsh, bone-crunching session most people imagine it to be.
Robert founded Precision Chiropractic as a private solo practice on Kinderkamack Road, and within a few years moved his practice to its current Home/Office location on Fremont Avenue, where the office space is designed to be less "clinical" and more calming and soothing.
